Effective October 11, 2006, Shepard Bros., Inc. has acquired certain assets of the Sanichem® cleaning and sanitation business from Brenntag. This strategic business acquisition represents a major expansion of the Food and Beverage Division of Shepard Bros., Inc. in the Pacific Northwest and Idaho, and was undertaken as part of the company’s long term growth strategy.
This acquisition affords Shepard Bros., Inc. both a strong market presence in the Pacific Northwest and Idaho as well as ownership of the Sanichem® cleaning and sanitation product lines, which are well known and highly respected in the food and beverage industry. These assets represent high value additions to Shepard Bros.’ growing customer base and product offerings.
