On September 5, 2008, Shepard Bros., Inc. acquired Irwindale, California based Royal Solutions, Inc. As part of the business integration, the manufacturing operations of Royal Solutions and all its employees will relocate to the Shepard Bros. headquarters in La Habra, California.
Founded in the 1920’s, Royal Solutions has grown over the years to become a major supplier of hand cleaners to the Industrial and Institutional markets. Royal Solutions manufactures and wholesales the well known Loyal® and Supco® brands of waterless, paste and powdered hand cleaners as well as a wide range of other products including floor cleaners and degreasers.
The purchase of Royal Solutions, Inc. is the fourth business acquisition by Shepard Bros. in the last 2 years and represents another milestone in the company’s growth. Shepard Bros., Inc. is a customer centric business focused on meeting customer needs and expectations through superior products and services. The Royal Solutions hand cleaning products are an ideal fit and a natural addition to Shepard Bros.’ existing offerings in cleaning and sanitation chemicals and will enhance the company’s ability to more fully meet the needs of its customers as it continues to grow.
